Food & Beverage Manager

Coordinates food service activities of their Hooters establishment on a shift basis by performing the following listed duties in accordance within company guidelines while maintaining conceptual integrity, comparable sales growth, profitability, and positive customer service and Family Member relations.

Administrative Asst./Table Games

Compile and keep personal records. Record data for each employee, such as address weekly earnings, absences, supervisory reports on ability, and date of and reason for termination. Scheduling of Table Games employees. File employement records. Administrative duties, telephone, calculator, MS Word, Excel, and other computer programs as needed for Table Games and Poker.

Hooters Girl Server

This job requires the Hooters Girl on the Restaurant Floor to interact with and provide great customer service to all of our Guests. The essence of the job is based on socially acceptable female sex appeal. It is required that the Hooters Girl sells food, beverage and merchandise to the Guests.

Assistant Maintenance Engineer

Assist Maintenance Engineers in the upkeep, preventative maintenance and repair of the casino, hotel, and administrative building as well as answer room calls. Must have had previous experience working as a maintenance engineer and be at least 21 years of age.

Housekeeping GRA

Perform the daily cleaning of a minimum of sixteen (16) Guest Rooms in the allotted amount of time. Assist Guests and Family Members with needs and requests.

Table Games Floor Supervisor

Hooters Girl Dealer

Deal popular table games to guests, making sure they have the best casino experience while representing the Hooters brand.

Poker Supervisor

Directly supervises Family Members in the Poker Room. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Cage Cashier

Assist Guests with currency exchange, voucher cash-in, marker issuance and check cashing. Conduct financial transactions for Guest and Family Members. Must be at least 21 years of age; previous cash handling experience preferred.

Bell / Valet Attendant

Assist Guests by parking their car, transporting luggage to and from their room as well as providing information to Guest on events in Las Vegas.

Craps Dealer – Part-Time

Service our guests to the highest degree making their stay at the Hooters Casino Hotel the greatest casino experience they ever had.

Cook II

Prepares, seasons, and cooks meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food prep for consumption in accordance with specified recipes as well as guest request.

Food and Beverage Administrative Assistant / Scheduler

Provide clerical and administrative assistance and support to the Food & Beverage department.

Hooters Girl Hostess

Greet guests, escort guests to tables, provide menus, deliver food to tables and arrange parties or special seating requests. The essence of the job is based on socially acceptable female sex appeal. 

Retail Associate

Assist guests with the purchase of items as well as stocking and inventory control of items in the Retail Shop and Retail storage room.   

Pool Attendant

Responsible for the upkeep, cleanliness and order of the pool area.
