We have some pretty cool neighbors, after all Las Vegas is the entertainment capital of the world! Below we have listed just a few of the many attractions Vegas has to offer, no matter what your budget is.

FREE ATTRACTIONS

We knew we had you at the word “free”! Plenty to choose from, and they don’t cost a dime!

Fountains at Bellagio

Every evening, a water and music show plays again and again in the spectacular fountains filling the quarter-mile-long lake in front of the Bellagio. Fountains run Monday - Friday, 3 p.m. - midnight. Saturday and Sunday, noon - midnight. The fountains run every half-hour until 7 p.m. and every 15 minutes after that until midnight. Fountains are occasionally closed during high winds.

Fremont Street Experience

Fremont Street Experience is located in the heart of downtown Las Vegas on the historic street that started it all. This one-of-a-kind entertainment venue is home to Viva Vision, the biggest big screen on the planet. Shows appear nightly on the hour beginning at dusk and are free and open to the public.

M&M’s World

Shop throughout the four floors of chocolate heaven and learn the history of how the M&M characters we all love evolved over the years! Open Sunday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 11 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 9 a.m. - midnight.

Sirens of TI

Watch as the Sirens of TI battle a band of pirates in Sirens’ Cove, located at the front entrance of the popular hotel and casino. Open daily, 5:30, 7:00, 8:30 and 10 p.m., weather permitting.

Volcano at The Mirage

Every hour after dusk, the Mirage volcano explodes for the crowds of curious Strip onlookers. Volcano erupts daily, every hour on the hour until 11pm.

Welcome to Las Vegas Sign

Guests can park their cars right next to Las Vegas’ 50-year-old iconic sign and take plenty of memorable photos. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

RECREATION

While Las Vegas is the gaming capital of the world, it also is home to some very unique national parks and outdoor excursions.

Red Rock

Red Rock Canyon offers a quiet, secluded escape filled with greenery, unique plants, wild animals and much more.

Mount Charleston

Enjoy hiking the various trails of Mount Charleston, which rises as high as 12,000 feet in elevation. See wildflowers, waterfalls and a variety of trees.

Lake Mead

Swim, jet ski, hike, sunbathe and relax.

Valley of Fire

Climb and explore the 35,000-acre park and capture close-up views of this spectacular wonder.

Take the young ones to any one of the following attractions and let them enjoy Vegas just as much as you do!

 

Adventuredome

America’s largest indoor theme park encased beneath a five-and-a-half-acre glass dome, complete with pink trim. Days and hours vary. Click here for more information.

 

Big Shot

Ride the two-second, 160-foot launch up the tower that just happens to be the tallest building west of the Mississippi. Sunday - Thursday, 10 a.m. - 1 a.m. Fridays, Saturdays and holidays, 10 a.m. - 2 a.m. In cases of extreme weather conditions, schedule is subject to change.

 

CSI: The Experience

Directly across the street from us, this is your chance to solve crimes like the ones seen on the hit TV show. The exhibit includes three crime scenes, two state-of-the-art labs and much more. Experiences run every 10 minutes, from 10 a.m. - 10 p.m., with last entry at 9 p.m. Guests must arrive on time for their scheduled tour or they must wait for the next available tour. Game Works

This video playground was created by Steven Spielberg and contains state-of-the-art games and attractions. Springs Preserve

The 180-acre cultural and historical attraction on the site of those springs, which dried up in 1962, aims to teach people about Vegas’ past as well as get them to think about the future. Open daily,10 a.m. - 6 p.m.
